Includes only ONE guided meditation

Perhaps because this App requires internet connetion to run, I was under the impression that there would be multiple guided meditations to choose from, or a different one every day, but its only ONE guided meditation. Its good, dont get me wrong, but the longest meditation option is 20 minutes (no 30 or 45 minute options), and its the same every day. It would be nice if there was also an option for a delayed start on the audio, so you dont have to press play and then run to your cushion. Perhaps future versions will address some of these issues and provide various meditations as well.

Simply Being has been an effective way to take a refreshing break from my computer work routine. Very soothing and de-stressing.

I am a therapist and am always looking for new ways to use meditation with clients. I like that there are seperate controls for voice and music. The varying lengths of the meditations allows anyone to start out slowly and build up to a place where they can comfortably practice meditation for longer periods of time.

Waste of a dollar

this app is completely pointless and unnecessary. its basically just her voice, with the option of nature sounds or music in the background, reading out the "meditation guide" on the right, and then saying "simply be" every five minutes. because the speaking is so sporadic and vague it becomes a disruptance if you are really trying to meditate.

I CAN’T PLAY IT!

i’ve used it before and i worked fine and I really liked it until the play button stopped working and I hate being stressed-that’s why i paid for this app which isn’t even working anymore…. FIX IT!!!!

Really effective

I always get a lot out of the guided meditations of the Madduxs. The narrator has a nice gentle voice and is NOT intrusive and the gentle reminder that thought coming in are always okay just don’t grab on to them. That can be a very difficult thing to accept but once you have that handled, you’re good to go. Highly recommended.
